Estimated Delivery

All orders are shipped  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
If you live in a metropolitan area please allow 3 to 10 working days to receive your parcel
If you live in a remote area please allow up to 21 days

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Customer Obligation

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as a wrong or incomplete address could result in extra charges to the customer.

Return Policy

All Returns for Replacement or Refund must be requested via our Contact Us page
You may return a product if:

The product you received is faulty, notification is required within 14 business days of receipt.

The product you received is not what you ordered, notification is required within 2 business days of receipt.

We will endeavor to supply all orders placed on our webstore. However sometimes a product may become unavailable or temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will contact you via email and advise you if no longer available or if there will be a delay.

Change of Mind Returns

Our policy in relation to Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods shall be as specified in Our standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Goods and Services. We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if You make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by Ourselves.
