Return Policy

All Returns for Replacement or Refund must be requested via our Contact Us page
You may return a product if:
  1. The product you received is faulty, notification is required within 14 business days of receipt.
  2. The product you received has arrived damaged, notification is required within 2 business days of receipt.
  3. The product you received is not what you ordered, notification is required within 2 business days of receipt.

We will endeavor to supply all orders placed on our webstore. However sometimes a product may become unavailable or temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will contact you via email and advise you if no longer available or if there will be a delay.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for whatever reason you are not happy with
a product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the value of goods. Returns will only be
accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and delivery cost will not be
refunded for ‘change’ of mind requests. We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We are unable to refund items
that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. Refund will be given once we have received
the item back. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
No refund will be given on Specials Remainder and Clearance items.

Christmas Delivery Dates

Send Parcel Post by  5th December 2021.

Send Express Post by 13th December 2021. (some areas are seeing extensive delays)

Estimated Delivery

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
If you live in a metropolitan area please allow 2 to 7 working days to receive your parcel
If you live in a remote area please allow up to 14 days.


We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Customer Obligation

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as a wrong or incomplete address could result in extra charges to
the customer.

Flat rate of $10 up to 5kg,

5kg to 20kg  $20
